FC 19 The Rhode Island Campaign with Christian McBurney

Following are some items that were mentioned during the 27 December 2012 Fieldstone Common interview with Christian McBurney, author of The Rhode Island Campaign: The First French and American Operation in the Revolutionary War.

The Rhode Island Campaign describes the occupation of Newport, Rhode Island and ensuing battles during the Revolutionary War. It represents the first joint engagement between American and French forces.
